Can I Change the Cell Phone Number Associated With My Account?

To update or change your cell phone number:

If you are a current provider or care team member and still have access to Spruce, please message Support in-app through your Spruce Support channel.

If you are a patient or a provider who does not have access to Spruce, please send an email to requests@sprucehealth.com.

Once you email Support, we'll ask you to verify your identity for security purposes. This may include sending us a picture of your face with your photo ID (driver's license, passport, or government-issued ID) and verifying a code that we'll send to the cell phone number you want updated.
