Starring Conversations

Keep track of conversations you care about

Starring a conversation adds it to your “Starred” filter so you can easily access the conversation and track updates via notifications. Conversations in your Starred filter only contain conversations that you have starred for yourself, stars are not shared team-wide.

How to Star Conversations

From the Inbox

On your mobile phone, swipe left on the conversation you’d like to star and select “Star” from the options.

On the web, Star a conversation by hovering over the conversation row and press the star icon that appears. You can also star multiple conversations by selecting the checkbox for each conversation you’d like to star and then press the Actions Button to select “Star Conversation” from menu.

From within a conversation (Mobile Only)

Press the three dots in the upper right of the conversation view and select “Star Conversation” from the menu. When you return to the inbox the conversation will be marked as Starred and appear in the Starred filter.

Unstarring Conversations

From the Inbox

On your mobile phone, swipe left on the conversation you’d like to remove the star from and select “Unstar” from options.

On the web, hover over the conversation row and press the yellow star icon to Unstar the conversation. To Unstar multiple conversations, select the checkbox for the conversations and select “Unstar Conversation” from the “Actions” button menu.

From within a conversation (Mobile Only)

Press the three dots in the upper right of the conversation view and select “Unstar Conversation” from the menu.
