Starring Conversations

Starring helps you keep track of conversations you care about. Adding a star will cause the conversation to show up in your Starred Filter so you can easily access the conversation and track updates via notifications. 

Adding a star is an individual action, meaning that conversation will appear as starred for you, but not for any other teammates you have on Spruce. This is a great way to track tasks and patients that you personally wish to follow up on or keep at the top of your mind.


Star a conversation from the inbox

From the mobile app, swipe left on the conversation you’d like to star, and select Star from the options. To unstar, swipe left on a starred conversation and select Unstar.

From the web, hover over the conversation row and select the Star Icon that appears. You can star multiple conversations at once by selecting the checkbox for each conversation you’d like to star, selecting Actions from the top of the page, and selecting Star Conversation from the menu. 

To unstar, repeat these steps, but select Unstar Conversation.


Star from within a conversation (mobile only)

Open the conversation you wish to star. Select the Three Dots Icon from the upper right of the conversation, then select Star Conversation from the menu. When you return to the inbox, the conversation will be marked with a star and appear in the Starred Filter. 

To unstar, repeat these steps, but select Unstar Conversation from the menu.
