Managing Pages

Use Pages to notify your teammates of important matters

Notify teammates of important matters by paging them in an internal note or team-only conversation.

When a teammate is paged, the conversation is designated with an @ icon and appears in their “Pages” filter with a preview of the message in which they were paged. The conversation remains in their Pages filter until it has been marked as resolved.

The count next to the @ icon indicates the number of Pages assigned to you within a conversation.

Note: Pages can only be sent in internal notes, if you toggle to “Patient” you will lose the ability to page your teammate in the message.
