Hotkeys are a convenient way to navigate the Spruce interface on the web browser without your fingers leaving the keyboard! This feature can help build efficiency for your practice and make your use of Spruce faster and easier. For MacOS users the modifying key is Ctrl. You can use the following commands by typing the character listed together with the Ctrl key.
For Windows and Linux users the modifying key is Alt. You can use the following commands by typing the character listed together with the Alt key.
Global Hotkeys (accessible from any part of the Spruce interface)
- / opens Search
- x toggles the left hand navigation panel
- 1-4 switches to a different tab in the navigation panel (Inbox, Pages, Team)
Conversation Hotkeys (accessible when you have a conversation open)
- s stars the conversation
- d archives the conversation
- i opens or closes the [i] info panel
- v starts a video call
- p starts a voice (phone) call
- l copies the conversation link
- c opens the Contact Card
- a opens the assignment dropdown, m assigns to me
- z toggles to the internal note side of the conversation
- t opens the scheduling interface
- . opens the saved message list
Inbox Hotkeys (accessible when you are viewing any Inbox filter)
- a opens the assignment interface
- u changes your view to unread conversations only
- r resolves a page
- n starts a new conversation
Contact Card Hotkeys (accessible when you have a Contact Card open)
- e shifts to editing mode for the current contact
- m opens a conversation with the current contact
- v starts a video call with the current contact
- p starts a voice (phone) call with the current contact
