Keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys) let you navigate Spruce in the web app and the desktop app without reaching for the mouse. Hold the modifier key, Cmd on macOS or Ctrl on Windows, for about a second to see the full map, or press Cmd+/ to open the list of shortcuts. Shortcuts cover global actions like search and switching sections, plus in-conversation actions like starring, archiving, resolving, assigning, and calling.
