Spruce Referral Program

Introduction

Invite a friend or colleague to Spruce with your unique referral link, and both of you will receive $24 in Spruce account credit. See our full Referral Program Terms

The Referral Program is currently accessible when logged in to Spruce using a web browser or the Android app. It will soon be available in the Spruce iOS mobile app.

How The Program Works

For Current Spruce Customers

  1. Log in to your Spruce account, on a computer or the Android mobile app, and navigate to Settings > Referral Program. The Referral Program is available to all teammates in your organization. 
  2. Copy your unique referral link and share it with your friends or colleagues.
  3. Your referral will receive a $24 Spruce account credit immediately when they sign up for a paid subscription plan with your link. If your referral forgets to use your referral link, they can reach out to Spruce Support within 2 weeks to receive credit.
  4. You will receive $24 in Spruce account credit when your referral pays their first Spruce bill. 

For New Spruce Customers

  1. To use a referral link, click the link and sign up for a Spruce account in a web browser on your desktop computer or mobile device.
  2. Select a Spruce plan in Settings > Billing and check out. Your $24 referral credit will be displayed under the “Monthly Payment Summary” on the check out page.
  3. After your check out, you will receive an email confirming the referral credit.
  4. When your subscription starts, you will receive an email with your invoice and the $24 credit applied.
Note: Referral credit is only applicable to subscription charges and not registration fees or VoIP phone purchases

How Pending Credits Become Earned Credits

  • As soon as your referral creates an account with your unique referral link and signs up for a paid subscription plan, $24 in “Pending Credits” will be reflected on your Referral Page.
  • After your referral pays their first Spruce bill, your pending credits will become earned credits. These credits will be automatically applied towards your Spruce account bill. 
  • This time period can vary based on your referral’s selected plan, use of promo codes, and other contributing factors. See our full Referral Program Terms
  • You will also receive an email notification to the billing address on file once the referral credit is applied to your account.
