Using Tags

Quickly search and categorize conversations using tags

Like chart notes, tags give you the ability to label a patient or team conversation as you see fit. They can be used to identify patient populations, allergies, insurance types, etc.

Tags are only visible to you and your colleagues, and anyone on your team has the ability to add or remove them.

Search Using Tags

To search for conversations with a specific tag on the web just click on the tag name and the search bar will autofill with the correct search query.

Alternatively, you can type “tag:XYZ” into the search bar, where XYZ represents the tag you’d like to search by.

You can search for conversations with multiple tags by adding a comma and another tag search query (ex: “tag:Diabetes, tag:NeedsFollowUp” would show results for all conversations with those two tags)
