Keragon is an AI-powered HIPAA compliant automation platform. It allows you to securely connect Spruce with the other tools your practice already uses like EHRs, CRMs, intake forms, billing systems, scheduling platforms, and more.
With Keragon, you can build no-code automated workflows where events in one system instantly trigger actions in another. This saves time, reduces manual data entry, and improves team coordination, all while staying fully HIPAA-compliant.

Integration Capabilities: Triggers & Actions
Keragon provides both triggers (things that start a workflow) and actions (things the workflow performs) for Spruce. Depending on how your workflow is configured, you can pull data from Spruce (triggers) or Push data to Spruce (actions). Most workflows run in real time, but Keragon can also execute scheduled workflows (e.g., weekly reports).

Setting Up
Requirements
- An active Keragon account
- A Spruce account on the Communicator Plan
- API access enabled in Spruce
Step 1: Log in or sign up to Keragon
You can sign up for a 14-days free trial or log in to your Keragon account.
Step 2: Enable API Access in Spruce
- Ensure you are on the Communicator Plan.
- Contact Spruce Support to enable API access.

Confirm you have admin permissions and can access:
Settings → Integrations & API on the Spruce web dashboard.
Step 3: Generate Your API Token
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations & API.
- Click Create Token.
- Copy the generated API token.
Step 4: Authenticate Spruce in Keragon
- Log into Keragon.
- Go to Authentications → Create New.
- Search for Spruce Health.
- Paste your API token and click Save.
