Welcome to Spruce! We’re glad you have made the choice to explore the platform. If you’re in your trial period and are still evaluating whether Spruce is the right platform for you, you’re in the right place. Here are three important items to complete while you’re in a Spruce trial!

Getting Setup with Spruce
Once you’ve signed up for a paid plan, the next step is to get your account fully configured and ready for use. To get fully onboarded onto Spruce, work through the items in the below checklist.

How long does Spruce setup take for a new practice?
Creating an account and completing some of the basics (ie. provision a phone number, add a teammate, submit business registration, etc) can be done in under an hour.
What should I set up first in Spruce?
Start with your phone number (provision a new one or port one in), submit business registration, test out calling / SMS, then invite team members. Don't forget to download the mobile app if you haven't!
Does Spruce offer onboarding help?
Spruce support is available via in-app messaging and email Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Eastern time. Larger practices requiring custom onboarding should contact support to discuss options.
