Automate Spruce messaging in a Morf workflow
Add the Spruce “Send Message” action to a Morf workflow to automate patient SMS communication. In order to send messages in Morf, configure the following in your destination action:
- Recipient phone number
- Message content
- Spruce internal endpoint ID
Integrating your Spruce account with Morf gives you granular control over message content and delivery timing. Use patient data managed in Morf to dynamically generate message content, and configure workflow pauses to schedule message delivery at precise points within your automation. For example:
- Automatically follow up with leads that abandon your intake flow via SMS, encouraging them to schedule their first visit.
- Send automated SMS reminders prompting patients to complete pre-appointment tasks.
- Schedule appointment SMS reminders to be delivered to patients 24 hours before their visit.
Here’s what else you can do with Morf and Spruce
- Create contacts in Spruce and keep them up to date when data in your EHR changes
- Trigger a workflow in Morf when a patient responds to a Spruce message
